Purchases are final, and while we don’t accept returns please write to us if you have an issue with your order.

Shipping

Packages are shipped within 2-4 days from the date the order is placed, and all items are shipped from the shop in Maastricht, the Netherlands. Our orders are either shipped through PostNL or DHL Worldwide.

Any customs fees or regional taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Lost, stolen, damaged, or returned packages are the responsibility of the customer.

Please contact us for special requests, including gift wrapping.

Pickup

Picking up a package at our store?  We'll send you a notification as soon as your order is ready.
