Aritmija takes us with the band Klotljudi on a European tour in 2022 through Subotica, Budapest, Vienna, Krakow, Warsaw, Berlin, Poznan and beyond, but in such a way that we never know where we are or who the people we see are. We have no context for what is shown, and the only information is given at the beginning of the fanzine in the form of an address by the author, written in a crooked and crossed-out handwriting as if in a heart attack. His photographs juxtapose scenes from the stage with those from the backstage, so on one we see bassist Klotljudi in the middle of a gig hunched over his instrument, and a few pages later his head is on the floor, next to a crowded shelf and a pair of large headphones pushed against the wall. The content is in constant tension between dynamic concert scenes and reduced scenes of a made bed or the sleeping faces of the band members. But even in this peace there is unrest, because the bed is not in a hotel with clean sheets, but can be found everywhere: in the back seat of a van, on metal chairs at a train station, on the studio floor, among other people sleeping between amplifiers, squeezed together like a smoke in hell.
Although this fanzine contains many photos of beds, there is rarely any rest in it. The cover of the fanzine itself, done by Klot Srđan Milenković, on which St. Pig (probably from the poem Sunce Svinja) rides a ram while killing a dragon with a hat on his head with a spear, is disturbing with its image, because although the image is clear and the motif recognizable, the context in which it is located makes the heart skip a beat. From page to page, the story takes us through the chaos of life on the road and attempts to find a little routine and a little order in this madness, at least in a made bed.
