Martín La Roche and Erwin Blok
Erwin Blok collects mimeograph technology and culture. He divides his time between restoring time-worn equipment, collecting paraphernalia, and moderating workshops both internationally and at the Van Eyck Academy in Maastricht.

Martin La Roche is a visual artist living in Amsterdam. His works often find their starting points from existing collections of objects and memories, archives as modes of storytelling which he reassembles into installations, performances or publications.

Good Neighbour is a research platform based in Amsterdam since 2017, run by Martin La Roche, Dongyoung Lee, and Valeria Marchesini. Good Neighbour defines itself primarily as a community of readers who share a communal interest in books seen as performative tools. The name ‘Good Neighbour’ is inspired by Aby Warburg’s ‘Law of the Good Neighbour’, a continuous system of thematic and serendipitous arrangements between books in a library. Good Neighbour doesn’t seek to build a library; it makes time for appreciating existing ones.
