These are stills from Al-generated reels on the internet. In December 2025, ICE seemed to dominate the internet, and a video appeared on my timeline showing a priest fervently refusing ICE agents entry to his church. My first thought was: "Wow, that's cool!" It gave a sense of satisfaction to see that resistance against this paramilitary force was possible in this way. 

But soon, more of these reels started appearing on my social media, all with exactly the same text and the same visual Al errors. There were so many that I could no longer distinguish real, documented acts of resistance, they became buried under the artificial violence of Al.

I edited the stills for this booklet in Photoshop and converted them into a vintage-style color negative image.
