Sarmad Fiction Writing Club: 2024 Anthology

Sarmad Fiction Writing Club's premise is simply that restricting the "visual" to only what can be seen by the eye results in an exclusive and ocularcentric understanding of visual arts practices. We would like to argue that creative writing and in this case , writing fiction, is a valid practice within the discipline of visual arts, because even though writing does not create "graphic: or "literal" imagery, it does actively employ dimension of visuality such as "verbal", "mental" and "perceptual" images. 

This is the third annual anthology of the club.
